•Lead a post-sales SA team that helps enterprise customers realize deep, lasting value from Sanity. Focus on outcomes: renewals, expansions, and scalable implementations.
•Set the team's strategic direction and personally own your most complex, high-stakes accounts: oversee implementations, build relationships with customer stakeholders, and navigate challenging moments.
•Coach your Solution Architects on value-oriented engagements: listen for customer needs, surface risks, and map a clear path to success with Sanity at the center.
•Hire, develop, and retain a skilled SA team and foster a culture of collaboration, empathy, and customer-centricity grounded in Sanity's values.
•Evolve post-sales motions (onboarding, implementation reviews, expansion discovery, health monitoring) to move customers from signed to successful quickly, tying capabilities to business outcomes

•Track record of driving customer retention and expansion through coaching, process design, and hands-on account ownership
