Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate across Xero to create and deliver software to customers.
•Set technical direction for the product group and break down silos to drive multi-year platform goals.

•Build smaller, safer changes to strengthen operational visibility and reduce key-person dependency for critical work.
•Work on Syft UK initiatives including Budgets API and Reporting integration, Benchmarking rebuild, and Syft-X resilience improvements.
