Job Summary

Deliver technical implementation for InterSystems TrakCare, supporting customer projects with interface integration, documentation, and unit/system testing. Install, configure, and update TrakCare across environments, apply patches/releases, and provide interface and production support. Contribute to customer-specific development when needed, liaise with clients/business analysts, help resolve acceptance issues around go-live, and create training and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop interface and implementation documentation, including connectivity requirements and technical details; produce “as built” documentation.
•Implement interfaces with unit and system testing and support interfaces as requirements change.
•Install, configure, and update TrakCare across multiple environments/servers; apply patches and ad-hoc releases.
•Provide technical support and troubleshooting for reports, stored procedures, interfaces, and data conversions/migration scripts; monitor and respond to support ticket calls.
•Liaise with clients or business analysts and assist project managers during implementation; manage acceptance issues and produce training and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of SQL, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
•Familiarity with Python or shell scripting for automation and data tasks.
•Familiarity with Git, automated testing, CI/CD, and containerised deployment (desirable).
•Experience with data analysis and database methodologies; be able to design and write technical documents.
•Computer Science or IT degree; proficient customer-focused support and communication skills.
