Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, deploy, and maintain BI interfaces including query tools, data visualization, interactive dashboards, and data modelling tools.
  • •Perform detailed analysis of business data to identify trends and insights, and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Gather business requirements with line management and translate them into technical specifications, wireframes/mock-ups, and BI reports and dashboards.
  • •Design and implement ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources with data cleansing, validation, and data quality controls.
  • •Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes and queries for maximum efficiency and performance, while creating documentation and ensuring governance, audit, and compliance alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in a relevant discipline.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of BI and analytics platforms, including Microsoft Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/Datasphere, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
  • •Understanding of data integration, data modelling, data warehousing, SQL, ETL concepts, DAX, security management, and performance optimisation.
  • •Experience with data analysis and reporting to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • •Awareness of AI-enabled BI capabilities such as conversational BI and natural language querying.
