Key Responsibilities

•Improve search quality and user experience by optimizing query analysis and text relevance matching and implementing multi-modal matching for e-commerce video content.
•Design and implement the end-to-end ranking system, including recall, first-stage ranking, final-stage ranking, and mixed rows.
•Improve personalized shopping interest modeling and shopping conversion efficiency for merchandise, video, and live stream to promote GMV growth.
•Solve ecosystem challenges such as supply-demand matching, business cold start, and sustainable growth through iterative system evolution.
•Work in a team environment applying statistics, scripting, and required programming knowledge, and collaborate with model-deployment software platforms.

Key Requirements

•Final-year PhD graduate in Computer Science, engineering, or a quantitative field.
•Excellent coding skills with solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
•Strong analysis, modeling, and problem-solving abilities with the ability to see the essence of problems from complex data.
•Industry work experience in machine learning and good product sense focused on user experience.
•Publication records in top journals or conferences, or experience winning ACM-ICPC medals, are a plus.
