Area Visual Merchandiser

Lead visual merchandising execution across the store to maximize sales and profitability. Implement window and in-store merchandising aligned to Home Centre VM standards, the marketing calendar, product guidelines, and planograms. Optimize store layout, maintain the RPS system, and deliver VM audits through daily floor walks and competitor/market trend reporting. Manage and coach the VM team, set KPIs, and ensure adherence to store policies and work ethics.
