Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide visual merchandising leadership through window implementation and in-store merchandising.
  • •Ensure displays, store layout, price ladder, product guidelines, and merchandising principles/planograms meet business requirements and the marketing calendar.
  • •Conduct daily floor walks, maintain VM audit conformance, and provide measurable feedback.
  • •Maintain upkeep and timely updating of the RPS system.
  • •Manage and develop the store VM team through KPI setting, performance reviews, coaching, training, and succession planning.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Visual Merchandising, Merchandising, Fashion, Design, or a similar field.
  • •4-6 years of experience, including 2-4 years of VM management experience in furniture/houseware stores.
  • •Computer literacy and working knowledge of Photoshop, Sketch-Up, Auto CAD, and design-related software.
  • •Fluency in spoken Arabic is an advantage.
  • •Ability to provide visual merchandising leadership and direction in-store.
