Job Summary

Support the NH90 Operation Control department by helping develop KPI targets for OTx (On Target Cost, On Target Quality, On Target Delivery). You will assess the current situation, develop and roll out an established improvement process, coordinate with interfaces and neighboring final assembly lines, and contribute to meeting annual goals. You may also produce a practical report and support a subsequent thesis after agreement with the department.

•Prepare a practical report and/or a diploma, master’s, or bachelor’s thesis

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled full-time student (d/m/w) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen), or Aerospace Engineering/Technology
•Basic knowledge of project management and/or performance and improvement management
•Proficient with MS-Office and/or Google Workspace
•Independent working style and sense of responsibility
•Fluent English and strong German; French or Spanish is an advantage
