Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop small commercial HVAC, controls, connected building, digital, service, and turnkey solutions using Trane equipment, controls, and services.
  • •Partner with Account Managers to identify and develop profitable, executable opportunities across national owner-direct accounts.
  • •Support project scoping, concept development, solution validation, preliminary design, and proposal development.
  • •Prepare budgets and RFQs, define scope statements, schedules, specifications, and milestone dates, and coordinate providers and stakeholders to build executable plans.
  • •Provide technical and design support through conceptual site plans and preliminary engineering documents, then support handoff to execution or operations teams.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Four-year degree in Engineering, Technical field, Business, or related field required.
  • •Experience supporting project development, project management, service solutions, turnkey delivery, or construction-related sales support.
  • •Working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, building systems, and the building construction industry.
  • •Understanding of construction methods and practices, including coordinating subcontractors and independent service providers.
  • •Strong estimating, scoping, and proposal support capabilities.
