Support the Store Manager in running daily store operations as part of the leadership team. Supervise store staff, coach and develop team members, and ensure strong customer engagement and sales results. Manage floor coverage, opening/closing procedures, and training for customer engagement and company policies. Help deliver financial and operational objectives (including loss prevention and store audits) and maintain visual merchandising standards.
