Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow manufacturing instructions on formula batch sheets and execute compounding tasks to produce and prepare emulsions.
  • •Perform milling and blending according to batch sheets, including calculating ingredients and adjusting batch weights.
  • •Operate MTEK sealer for vacuum sealing and stack packaged product in a predetermined sequence.
  • •Clean, sanitize, and maintain equipment and rooms according to SOPs.
  • •Label batches for lab evaluation and use FIFO inventory lot rotation for all materials used.
