Job Summary

Design and develop analog and mixed-signal power management ICs across the full product lifecycle, from architecture and schematic capture through simulation, layout review, and silicon bring-up. Partner with systems and marketing teams to translate customer needs into design specifications and performance targets. Lead design reviews, direct layout to ensure performance and manufacturability, and drive silicon debug and failure analysis to improve robustness. Characterize prototypes, develop test specifications, and build behavioral models for simulation and system-level analysis.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits, including power converters, voltage regulators, references, and protection circuits.
•Develop design specifications with systems and marketing teams to meet customer needs and performance targets.
•Lead design reviews and produce thorough design and product documentation.
•Direct IC layout to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
•Characterize silicon prototypes, develop test specifications, and drive silicon debug and failure analysis to improve robustness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
•1+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
•Solid analog circuit design fundamentals, including amplifiers, current mirrors, voltage references, comparators, and power stage topologies.
•Experience with analog simulation tools such as Cadence Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent.
•Familiarity with CMOS, BiCMOS, or BCD process technologies used for power management ICs.
