Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and simulate analog and mixed-signal circuits, including power converters, voltage regulators, references, and protection circuits.
  • •Develop design specifications with systems and marketing teams to meet customer needs and performance targets.
  • •Lead design reviews and produce thorough design and product documentation.
  • •Direct IC layout to ensure performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • •Characterize silicon prototypes, develop test specifications, and drive silicon debug and failure analysis to improve robustness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • •1+ years of experience in analog or mixed-signal IC design.
  • •Solid analog circuit design fundamentals, including amplifiers, current mirrors, voltage references, comparators, and power stage topologies.
  • •Experience with analog simulation tools such as Cadence Spectre, HSPICE, or equivalent.
  • •Familiarity with CMOS, BiCMOS, or BCD process technologies used for power management ICs.
