Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement features and performance improvements across the Metadata team’s discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services.
  • •Develop, maintain, and test high-quality backend code while optimizing critical performance paths.
  • •Write and communicate technical designs and design trade-offs; review designs and pull requests with constructive feedback.
  • •Improve test coverage with unit tests and refactor to reduce technical debt.
  • •Troubleshoot and debug production issues, participate in incident follow-ups with post-mortems, and work through sprint/feature planning.
  • •Break features into tasks and execute project plans; collaborate with product, QE, customer support, and peers to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes.
