Job Summary

Join a hardware engineering team focused on critical item production readiness for electronic products. In this onsite role, you’ll coordinate technical communication with PCB and circuit card assembly (CCA) suppliers, drive procurement and build schedules, field engineering questions, and generate build/yield status reports. You’ll also help manage RFQ/RFP activities and track supplier-related corrective actions to support prototype builds and producibility goals in Tucson.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the control point for technical communication with PCB and CCA suppliers during builds.
•Drive procurement and build schedule to meet program need dates.
•Handle field technical queries, panel reviews, ship approvals, and 3rd-party screening processes and reports; route to supporting PDEs.
•Generate reports on build status and yield data for metrics tracking.
•Track cause and corrective action plans for supplier-related issues, including managing RFQ/RFP to assist prototype builds.

Key Requirements

•A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
•Experience with cross-functional teams or projects, including the ability to multi-task and meet schedule priorities.
•Experience with manufacturing processes, specifically PCB and CCA.
•Experience with supplier communication and coordination of a multi-tier supply chain.
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required.
