Key Responsibilities

  • •Define the implementation approach, scope, and delivery plan aligned to client and programme objectives, including conversion strategy, cutover planning, testing phases, and transition requirements.
  • •Set and manage client expectations for deliverables, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and readiness activities, supported by implementation documentation and workstream plans.
  • •Establish implementation governance and control mechanisms (RAID management, readiness criteria, RAG reporting, escalation, and Schedule of Events) and facilitate governance forums to review progress and decisions.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional Fiserv teams, client stakeholders, and third parties to ensure alignment on activities, deliverables, and dependencies; act as primary client contact.
  • •Drive execution during implementation events and closeout/transition by managing risks/issues, organizing incident management processes, and ensuring a structured handover to BAU with lessons learned tracked to completion.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 67,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years in implementation management, client onboarding, conversion, or delivery roles within financial services (cards and payments preferred).
  • •Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver medium to large implementations through full lifecycle conversions or migrations.
  • •Proven ability to manage implementation deliverables such as readiness trackers, Schedule of Events (SoE), cutover plans, governance checkpoints, decision points, and post-event lessons learned.
  • •Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills with English/Italian proficiency.
