Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain weekly triage and work allocation by tracking incoming work, priorities, deadlines, ageing, risk, and capacity.
  • •Provide flexible consulting support by gathering information, preparing drafts, tracking actions, and following up next steps across compliance portfolios.
  • •Draft accurate outputs including meeting notes, summaries, action logs, initial research, issue overviews, and briefing materials for senior review.
  • •Coordinate information and evidence by gathering business, compliance, and SME inputs to support advice with accurate records.
  • •Support the use of approved AI tools, automation, and technology to improve efficiency, consistency, insight, and the quality of compliance outputs with appropriate governance and oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Interest in financial services regulation and a willingness to build understanding of FCA expectations and customer outcomes.
  • •Awareness of compliance’s role in identifying, logging, and escalating findings and incidents, including where advisory work may need formal capture.
  • •Ability to support a consistent compliance view across Advisory and Assurance teams by reducing the risk that matters are identified too late.
  • •Strong organisation and follow-through: manage tasks, track actions, meet deadlines, and keep accurate records.
  • •Ability to produce clear written outputs for review by senior colleagues and communicate effectively, including escalating uncertainty appropriately.
