•Operate packaging machines to pack smoked meat items.
•Supply and manage materials to/from the production line to support packing.
•Set up, run, and clean equipment (including film and labels) at the end of shift.
•Move heavy tanks and racks safely from staging to line area; use hand mule/power jack as required.
•Maintain compliance with safety/food safety standards (OSHA, GMP, SQF) and complete required paperwork and computer records.
