Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complex calendars and tasks for multiple Talent leaders, booking and confirming cross-functional meetings across time zones
  • •Organize and support team events, including offsites and training sessions, and assist with EMEA-wide events when needed
  • •Coordinate complex travel arrangements domestically and internationally
  • •Handle general administration such as raising purchase orders, reconciling expenses, maintaining Google distribution lists, circulating NDAs/contracts, and updating documents
  • •Provide heavy internal and external communication and collaborate with the wider EMEA talent team

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting at Director level or above
  • •Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively independently and as part of a team
  • •Proficiency in Google Suite and comfort using online tools
