Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead sales and margin forecasting across the commercial landscape for Retail and E-Commerce, producing highly accurate, insight-led predictions.
  • •Build top-line store sales forecasts and e-commerce forecasts by day, week, month, and full-year outlook, aligned with relevant teams.
  • •Translate online sales into operational order forecasts to enable Supply Chain labour and capacity planning.
  • •Own and present the monthly forecasting meeting to senior leadership, outlining sales/margin expectations, risks, opportunities, and required decisions.
  • •Perform ad-hoc deep-dive analysis and partner with BI and Finance to align campaign performance and budget cycles (R1 & R2).
