Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform and oversee preventive maintenance for York chillers and Trane RTUs, plus support cooling tower and pump systems.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and other HVAC equipment, escalating urgent issues to minimize downtime and comfort complaints.
  • •Manage Johnson Metasys BMS to maintain temperature, humidity, CO2, and outside air targets for employee and guest comfort.
  • •Run BMS reports and adjust controls to improve efficiencies based on workflow and trend data.
  • •Respond to work order requests via Archibus on a mobile device and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining large chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and other HVAC equipment.
  • •Refrigeration and AC certification required.
  • •Strong HVAC mechanical/electrical troubleshooting skills with experience in high-end preventive maintenance programs.
  • •Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing and using manlift equipment (40’+), lifting, and handling materials.
  • •Fluent in English (written and oral).
