•Create a compelling vision and strategy for Owen operation aligned with Kerry technology strategy and ensure teams are engaged in delivery.
•Develop proactive relationships with key customers and suppliers, with high levels of customer intimacy and supplier engagement.
•Play a key leadership role on the Divisional Leadership Team, contributing to the technology strategy and business performance.
•Develop and execute an operational strategy driving business performance aligned to growth and margin expansion priorities.
•Support the site leadership team to deliver excellent day-to-day operational performance across key efficiency, service-level, safety, quality, and people indicators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 129,000 - 239,500 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role at a Food or Beverage manufacturing facility.

•Commitment to operational excellence with continuous improvement and cost-effective agility driving partnerships with customers and suppliers.
•Strong commercial acumen and breadth of business perspective, with experience contributing to cross-functional leadership teams and strategic/tactical flexibility.
•Strategic thinker with passion for consumers, change agent mindset, agility, and a proactive, action-oriented attitude.
