Lead Sephora’s brand new Blacktown store by driving a selling culture, raising team performance, and delivering first-class customer experiences. Manage day-to-day store operations, including brand events, training, and visual merchandising changes. Own profit and loss by monitoring stock levels and forecasting sales issues, while tracking KPIs to recruit, coach, and develop store talent. Report to the District Manager and partner with operational leaders to drive continuous improvement.
