Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in internal technical and commercial handover meetings for projects.
  • •Organize construction according to design drawings and engineering contract requirements.
  • •Set project management targets (safety, quality, schedule, cost/valuation) and obtain approval from relevant leaders.
  • •Manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost to ensure targets are achieved; organize on-site installation.
  • •Coordinate with owners, general contractors, supervisors, subcontractors, and authorities to keep the project running smoothly; handle construction issues and complete other assigned tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above with an HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) background.
  • •3+ years of experience in HVAC project management.
  • •Strong communication and coordination skills to manage relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • •Proven project management skills covering design, planning, contract, tender/procurement, construction coordination, and engineering cost management.
  • •Ability to read MEP drawings, estimate quantities, and use CAD for comprehensive MEP installation project management; relevant certifications such as first/second class building engineer or international PMP are a plus.
