Key Responsibilities

  • •Verify T&E expense claims in Macanomy.
  • •Reconcile and clear T&E GL accounts and prepare month-end accrual reports.
  • •Post Macanomy claims and prepare reconciliation files for the Payment team.
  • •Handle ServiceNow queries, monitor generic mailboxes, and support employee profile creation/modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •4–6 years of experience in Travel & Expense–Accounts Payable.
  • •BCom graduate.
  • •Advanced MS Office skills.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Strong interpersonal skills and a flexible problem-solving attitude.
