Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect the car-hauler/vehicle to ensure safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Maintain a clean and ready vehicle/hauler while supporting safe operations in varying conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •21+ years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including loading/unloading vehicles and detailing in indoor/outdoor conditions, with occasional extreme weather exposure.
  • •Must read, write, speak, and understand English.
