Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as operational lead partnering with the Director, Crypto, AML & Sanctions to build and scale the stablecoin compliance operating model.
  • •Drive governance and execution across multiple workstreams by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions.
  • •Develop and implement scalable compliance operating procedures and workflows, including onboarding, KYB, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring, and investigations.
  • •Coordinate regulatory readiness, examination support, and audit preparedness, including maintaining evidence repositories and program documentation.
  • •Manage blockchain analytics/compliance technology implementation and vendor/consultant relationships; produce executive reporting and decision-support materials.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or 2+ years with an advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD).
  • •5+ years of experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, fintech, payments, compliance, risk management, or other regulated financial services environments.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional programs, strategic initiatives, or operational transformations.
  • •Strong project and program management capabilities, including building processes, operating models, and governance structures.
  • •Experience with AML/sanctions/KYC-KYB, investigations, fraud, regulatory examinations/audits, or compliance remediation; proficiency with blockchain analytics platforms is a plus.
