Research Associate I/II

Develop and validate clinical-grade, DNA-focused assays using next-generation sequencing (NGS). Work from prototypes through characterization of automated assays by generating and analyzing experimental data in a regulated, high-throughput environment. Collaborate with molecular research, computational science, automation engineering, and clinical operations, communicate findings, troubleshoot experiments with guidance, and drive process improvements across the lab.
