Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as single point of accountability for supplier performance across multiple product lines, including governance and business reviews.
  • •Manage assurance of supply and execution by monitoring delivery KPIs and proactively handling supply risks.
  • •Lead commercial and cost activities including pricing negotiations, cost roadmaps, continuous improvement initiatives, and commercial agreements.
  • •Execute and manage POs and GRs while ensuring pricing and master data accuracy.
  • •Drive supplier performance, capacity management, and lifecycle/risk activities including ECO implementation, lead-time improvements, and EOL events.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement, supplier management, strategic sourcing, account management, or contract manufacturing management.
  • •Bachelor's degree or practical diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • •Proven technical procurement background sourcing and managing technical commodities/components in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Technical background in NPI and electrical systems/components (advantage).
  • •Strong negotiation, supplier relationship management, analytical, and English communication/presentation skills.
