Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personal performance targets, KPIs and customer service standards.
  • •Assess participants’ pre-employment needs and develop personalised action plans.
  • •Coach a caseload using strategies that build confidence, skills and readiness for employment.
  • •Provide practical support including CV writing, application guidance, interview preparation and job-search support.
  • •Engage with employers, match participants to roles, maintain accurate records, and follow delivery assurance and compliance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience coaching, influencing and supporting people through positive change.
  • •Experience in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), teaching or the employability sector.
  • •Experience working in a performance-driven environment.
  • •A Level 3 IAG, education or equivalent qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
  • •Strong knowledge of local labour markets and recruitment practices.
