Job Summary

Collaborate with business partners, operations teams, and technical delivery resources to identify automation and AI opportunities, gather and refine requirements, and design scalable Power Platform automation solutions. Facilitate solution workshops, define solution structures and reusable design patterns for platform unification, and assess impacted systems, integrations, infrastructure constraints, and risks. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams and support implementation and targeted build activities when needed.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•3+ years of experience in automation, process improvement, technology delivery, solution design, or a related discipline.
•Excellent knowledge of AI, automation technologies, and Microsoft Power Platform with experience evaluating and implementing AI-enabled solutions.
•Knowledge of automation platforms such as Power Automate Desktop, Automation Anywhere, Tungsten, or similar technologies.
•Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable automation solutions.
