Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business workstreams for SAP implementation, upgrade, or transformation programs, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • •Partner on business process transformation: assess current-state processes, define future-state operating models, and drive requirements gathering and process design workshops.
  • •Manage stakeholder engagement and governance: facilitate steering committees and business reviews, communicate risks/issues/status, and resolve cross-functional conflicts.
  • •Coordinate business readiness and change management activities, including training, role mapping, readiness assessments, communications, and adoption monitoring.
  • •Coordinate business testing (SIT/UAT/end-to-end/regression), support deployment and cutover readiness, and participate in hypercare and post-go-live stabilization.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8–12 years of project management experience in business-led technology transformation initiatives.
  • •Minimum 5 years supporting SAP implementation or transformation programs.
  • •Experience managing cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • •Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.
