Key Responsibilities

  • •Own a product area and design key flows in Raft’s logistics platform.
  • •Lead end-to-end design: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and handoff.
  • •Convert real user insights into measurable outcomes with direct access to end users.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) and external client teams.
  • •Advocate for users and help bring clarity to complex, fast-moving workflows while supporting design culture through mentoring and craft.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience designing B2B SaaS platforms, especially those with complex workflows or enterprise users.
  • •Experience taking work end-to-end, from research to UI and delivery.
  • •Solid craft—designs that are well thought through and visually pleasing.
  • •Comfort researching, simplifying, iterating, and polishing through the “messy middle.”
  • •Clear communication with engineers and stakeholders, with confidence in cross-functional collaboration.
