Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand markets by growing the product portfolio in Germany and entering additional European markets with new investment and retirement/life insurance products
  • •Further develop existing products and conceive new capital-market–oriented products
  • •Advance market development in Germany with data-driven optimization of the customer journey and strengthening customer relationships/partnerships/networks
  • •Take on additional strategic projects and implement them
  • •Prepare strategic decisions through robust quantitative analyses and develop reporting, data, and analytics processes to efficiently and scalably steer the business

  • •3-5 years of professional experience in management consulting, investment sector or insurance
  • •Mathematics, economics mathematics, physics or a comparable quantitative field with very good grades

  • •Fluency in German and English; additional languages a plus
  • •Proven data analysis skills with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python; ability to translate complex analytics into sales-relevant insights
