Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and manage relationships with key merchant partners in Istanbul and across Turkey.
  • •Negotiate terms and agreements with merchants to expand Edenred’s network and solutions.
  • •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive merchant adoption and maximize value for customers.
  • •Monitor merchant performance, payments, and service levels to ensure high-quality partnerships.
  • •Identify and onboard new merchant partners to grow the program and meet strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in merchant relations, partnerships, or a related field
  • •Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
  • •Experience in payments, corporate expense management, or merchant networks
  • •Strong knowledge of the Turkish market and ability to develop local merchant partnerships
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
