Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage relationships with key merchant partners in Istanbul and across Turkey.
•Negotiate terms and agreements with merchants to expand Edenred’s network and solutions.
•Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive merchant adoption and maximize value for customers.
•Monitor merchant performance, payments, and service levels to ensure high-quality partnerships.
•Identify and onboard new merchant partners to grow the program and meet strategic objectives.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in merchant relations, partnerships, or a related field
•Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
•Experience in payments, corporate expense management, or merchant networks
•Strong knowledge of the Turkish market and ability to develop local merchant partnerships
•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
