Key Responsibilities

  • •Inspect construction sites, including works progress and the implementation of quality and HSSE policies, procedures, and client requirements by contractors and subcontractors.
  • •Review contractor work programs during the pre-construction phase and review contractor submittals (e.g., staffing proposals, organization charts, shop drawings, method statements, traffic management plans) as needed.
  • •Conduct inspections based on Requests for Inspections and highlight reasons for rejection of works when applicable.
  • •Conduct quality inspections with the QA/QC Engineer, identify and raise quality issues, and monitor corrective action plans for quality non-conformities.
  • •Support HSSE Engineers on enforcing HSSE procedures, recording and raising HSSE non-conformities, and assist with materials testing, handover/defects liability reporting, and take-over/defect liability certificate inputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferred).
  • •5+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning industry with construction site inspection expertise.
  • •Experience with site inspections on large supervision sites, including works progress, quality inspections, and HSSE inspections.
  • •Knowledge of construction supervision services and understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English, with strong attention to detail and good communication and organization skills.
