Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform agronomy/seed operations and gain knowledge of scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, and related procedures.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory.
  • •Regulate and complete periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
  • •Assist with repairs and preventative maintenance for agronomy equipment (e.g., conveyors, towers, vehicles, sprayers, floaters, trucks).
  • •Provide excellent customer service and assist customers as needed while maintaining environmental and safety compliance.
