Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide functional production support for Oracle and SAP accounts payable systems and related Eaton interfaces.
  • •Lead transition and project management activities, including planning, process design, alignment to global standards, UAT, and post-transition support.
  • •Oversee and supervise the AP team to meet key project and roadmap timelines and service levels.
  • •Drive internal controls and compliance by ensuring processes follow applicable financial policies and PTP key controls.
  • •Support continuous improvement by identifying process patterns and trends, translating them into improvements, and driving month-end close through effective procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in accounting, MBA, or Finance.
  • •6+ years of varied accounting, information systems, or finance experience.
  • •Experience with AP and/or GL accounting systems on SAP and/or Oracle platforms.
  • •Strong knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay, invoice processing, reconciliation, and vendor query resolution.
  • •Experience handling a team in a large shared services or matrix organization.
