Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop an EPC engineering-level execution plan with dates and resources, aligned to x-functional lines and contract dates.
  • •Control the project engineering plan, scope, and resources, including personnel, hours, and budgets.
  • •Drive and support other PEMs across scoped product lines on daily and weekly challenges.
  • •Interface with and lead customer subjects, ensuring needs are met and input data requirements are provided for on-schedule studies.
  • •Secure engineering deliveries and on-time delivery, report progress and technical challenges, and coordinate engineering resources and document control.

Key Requirements

  • •Have a MSc or BSc degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering (or equivalent) with extensive experience in a similar role.
  • •Demonstrate broad knowledge of processes, methods, and procedures within project and engineering management.
  • •Proven experience in project execution and engineering management, including scope and resources control.
  • •Experience in design and selection across one or more areas such as flow assurance, system analysis, interface management, requirement management, control systems, and subsea production systems.
  • •Be available to travel internationally for project needs and short-term assignments.
