Job Summary

Own and evolve the IMPartner PRM platform within Okta’s Sales and Partners Technology team. Balance API design, security, and scalable architecture with deep Salesforce integration. Translate business needs into robust technical designs, lead end-to-end feature delivery, champion automated testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with global teams to enable secure, data-rich partner experiences and seamless data flows with Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and design secure, scalable solutions by translating complex business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs that leverage the IMPartner platform and its Salesforce integration points.
•Lead the translation of user stories into robust technical designs and the end-to-end execution of features.
•Ensure 100% unit test coverage for all new logic and build automated regression suites.
•Conduct Pull Request reviews and provide mentorship to junior/mid-level developers to maintain code quality.
•Manage deployment cycles, document changes, secure Jira approvals, resolve environment issues, and perform production validation.

Key Requirements

•Salesforce Development Expertise (Apex, Process/Flow Automations, Lightning Web Components).
•Extensive knowledge of PRM platforms with proven experience in IMPartner (big plus).
•Software Development Acumen (1-2 years) with experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
•Domain knowledge in Sales and Partners ecosystem, including partner lifecycle management and deal registration.
•Advanced AI agent frameworks and data processing; experience with CI/CD pipelines and secure solution development.
