Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives and set global legal strategy spanning employment, labor, compensation, benefits, and equity.
  • •Lead legal oversight for executive compensation, incentive plans, pay equity, and global equity programs, including governance and compliance.
  • •Provide legal guidance across the employee lifecycle (hiring, performance management, and separations), integrating compensation and benefits considerations.
  • •Anticipate and mitigate legal, financial, and reputational risks, including managing government inquiries, claims, disputes, and related litigation alignment.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing global team; manage external counsel and establish frameworks, guidance, and training for evolving regulatory requirements.
