Product Line Management IV - (E4)

Own product change management and control, including unreleased product approvals, ECO approvals, and PCN implementation with Global Product Support. Ensure accuracy of shipped configurations and BOMs through CaRM reviews and NSR approvals. Drive common modules and component roadmaps post Phase 5 of ePLC, including part obsolescence, replacements, alternative vendors, and cost reduction. Align intercompany partners on product strategy, pricing guidance, spare levels, and restricted part orders while managing post-release changes.
