Job Summary

Deliver on-site and remote services for Waygate Technologies industrial X-ray systems, including Phoenix 2D/3D CT hardware and software. Perform standard maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of equipment and peripherals such as X-ray tubes, generators, motion control systems, and high-voltage components. Provide customer technical support, complete service reports and invoicing documentation, and monitor site safety throughout work scopes with frequent (>70%) travel.

•Maintain, repair, and install industrial X-ray systems and supporting peripheral equipment such as X-ray tubes, generators, scanners, and high-voltage control components.
•Perform troubleshooting, installation, and calibration of Phoenix 2D/3D CT X-ray testing machine hardware and software at Waygate and customer locations.
•Provide technical support to customers via phone and on-site service visits.
•Complete service reports, invoicing packages, and administrative documentation in a timely manner.
•Drive customer satisfaction and monitor site safety throughout execution of all work scopes.

Key Requirements

•Four-year technical degree (AEET/AMET) with experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment, or a four-year degree in Electronics (BSEET/BSEE) or Mechanics (BSMET/H BSME).
•Ability to regularly lift/move up to 20 lbs. and frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs.
•Willingness to undergo background checks including employment verification, criminal history, driving record, and education.
•Ability to travel up to 70% of the time.
•Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain one), with valid U.S. citizenship status.
