Key Responsibilities

  • •Herzlicher Empfang und individuelle Beratung der Gäste zu den angebotenen Behandlungen und Produkten
  • •Vereinbarung und Koordination von Spa-Terminen, sowohl telefonisch als auch per E-Mail
  • •Abrechnung von Spa-Anwendungen und Produkten sowie Durchführung von Kassenabschlüssen
  • •Aktive Beratung der Gäste zu den verschiedenen Wellnessangeboten und Produkten, um den bestmöglichen Aufenthalt zu gewährleisten
  • •Bearbeitung von E-Mails, Telefonaten und ggf. auch schriftlicher Korrespondenz
