Inside Sales Associate

Work with customers at the counter and by phone to identify needs, recommend pool-related solutions, and guide a smooth sales process from product selection through delivery. Handle orders and invoices accurately, address questions and complaints professionally, and manage warranty item disposition. Coordinate customer product processing, shipping/receiving, and warehouse support while maintaining strong customer relationships and service-oriented communication.
