Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead system development and optimization for quality management within the factory, including integration, updating, implementation, and training.
  • •Oversee preparation, coordination, and follow-up of external audits (including QRMP) and drive continuous improvement plans.
  • •Ensure KHMS and other relevant management systems are effectively implemented across the plant.
  • •Organize weekly and monthly quality meetings, track outputs, and drive action item closure.
  • •Manage departmental cost review and control related to quality activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Responsible for the integration, updating, implementation, continuous improvement, and training of the quality management system.
  • •Responsible for the preparation, coordination, improvement planning, and follow-up of external audits (including QRMP, etc.).
  • •Ensure the effective implementation of relevant management systems, such as KHMS, within the plant.
  • •Set departmental phase quality objectives based on company development plans, and mobilize resources to ensure achievement.
  • •Develop employee training plans and position KPI goals to enhance team skills and execution.
