Maintain and troubleshoot industrial mill machinery to keep a sawmill operating at peak performance. You will work with pumps, conveyors, compressors, mechanical systems, rollers and chains, bearings, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance; inspect equipment to detect malfunctions; and implement safe, reliable fixes that maximize production uptime. The role includes a rotational schedule with nights and weekend work and emphasizes safety accountability.
