Job Summary

Lead end-to-end inventory control for manufacturing and warehouse operations, driving accurate global cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory governance. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the inventory control function to ensure accurate inventory across manufacturing and warehouse operations while developing scalable processes.
•Maintain best-in-class inventory accuracy by leading global cycle count programs, reconciliation efforts, and inventory governance across warehouses and work-in-process inventory.
•Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Inventory Control Analysts delivering accurate inventory reporting and operational excellence.
•Deliver timely inventory health reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive-level analytics to support production planning, financial reporting, and supply chain decisions.
•Reduce inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis, process improvements, and standardized inventory control methodologies while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, including leading or mentoring a team.
•Experience managing cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, variance investigations, and inventory reporting in a manufacturing environment.
•Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
•Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools.
•Ability to provide leadership, analyze inventory data, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
