  • •Maintain best-in-class inventory accuracy by leading global cycle count programs, reconciliation efforts, and inventory governance across warehouses and work-in-process inventory.
  • •Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Inventory Control Analysts delivering accurate inventory reporting and operational excellence.
  • •Deliver timely inventory health reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive-level analytics to support production planning, financial reporting, and supply chain decisions.
  • •Reduce inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis, process improvements, and standardized inventory control methodologies while partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow and support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory management, logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing operations, including leading or mentoring a team.
  • •Experience managing cycle count programs, inventory reconciliation, variance investigations, and inventory reporting in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
  • •Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • •Ability to provide leadership, analyze inventory data, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
