Key Responsibilities

•Lead the full cycle of developing and optimizing marketing funnels from idea generation through launch, testing, results analysis, and scaling.
•Create and refine funnel hypotheses and improve value proposition based on audience needs and business goals.
•Prioritize and implement initiatives that impact key metrics, find effective growth hacks, and achieve target ROI.
•Conduct deep competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and strengthen marketing strategies.
•Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to deliver initiatives.

Key Requirements

•1+ year of experience in Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or a related role.
•Strong analytical skills: work with metrics, analytical tools, form hypotheses, and validate them with experiments.
•Experience running A/B tests, conducting user research, and analyzing the competitive landscape.
•Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams and influence decision-making.
•English proficiency at B2+.
