Job Summary

Design, implement, administer, and support Customers Bank’s enterprise network security infrastructure. Protect the network perimeter and data flows across a multi-site environment by managing Palo Alto NGFWs, Cisco ASA/Firepower, VPNs, Cisco ISE, SD-WAN security, and DNS-layer protections. Lead incident investigation and zero-trust/security architecture improvements aligned to PCI-DSS, SOX, and NIST frameworks, while following ITIL change-management practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, deploy, and manage Palo Alto Networks NGFWs across enterprise and branch locations, including security policies, NAT, App-ID/User-ID, Threat Prevention, URL Filtering, and WildFire.
•Administer and maintain Cisco ASA and Firepower firewalls, including access control policies, intrusion prevention, and platform lifecycle activities like upgrades and patching.
•Manage VPN infrastructure, including Cisco AnyConnect/Secure Access remote access and site-to-site IPSec tunnels for secure connectivity.
•Support Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN security, including security policies, traffic segmentation, and encrypted transport across WAN fabrics.
•Investigate and respond to network-layer security incidents, and lead ITIL-aligned change management and documentation for security posture improvements.

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on network security engineering experience with enterprise firewall administration and network perimeter security (CCNP Security-level or equivalent).
•3+ years hands-on experience with Palo Alto Networks NGFWs, including Panorama management and advanced threat prevention (App-ID, User-ID, WildFire).
•Solid hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and/or Firepower (FTD/FMC), including access control policies, IPS tuning, and upgrades/patching.
•Strong working knowledge of Cisco ISE for NAC (802.1X, RADIUS/TACACS+, device profiling, guest access).
•Experience with VPN technologies such as Cisco AnyConnect/Secure Access and IPSec site-to-site tunnels, including certificate-based authentication and split tunneling design.
