Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the customer journey end to end for a defined book of upmarket APAC customers, from implementation and onboarding through adoption, health, and value realization.
  • •Serve as both Implementation Specialist and CSM by guiding customers through configuration, training, and onboarding to achieve time to value and transition to steady-state success.
  • •Drive strategic, ongoing relationships with senior stakeholders and proactively manage customer health, risk, and value outcomes.
  • •Partner closely with Sales, Product, Support, Professional Services, and Operations to deliver cohesive customer outcomes across the full lifecycle.
  • •Identify themes across customers using data and metrics to refine implementation approaches and customer playbooks while shaping APAC customer success best practices as the first hire.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years (preferred) in B2B SaaS Customer Success supporting enterprise/strategic customers on complex, configurable products and driving adoption and long-term outcomes.
  • •Ability to own a strategic book in APAC while balancing implementation work with ongoing customer success for upmarket customers.
  • •Proven skills building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and proactively managing customer health, risk, and value realization.
  • •Experience leading end-to-end implementations and onboarding projects, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, project plans, and delivering against milestones.
  • •Strong technical depth and product/domain curiosity to tailor configurations, workflows, and training to customer hiring challenges; comfort operating remotely and traveling up to 10% when needed.
