Lead and mentor a Knowledge Management (KM) team to ensure enterprise knowledge is accurate, searchable, user-friendly, compliant, and ready for digital and AI-enabled channels. Partner with the KM Manager to manage SLAs, governance, content lifecycle activities, and audits. Drive knowledge-related initiatives end-to-end, use analytics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance self-service and operational excellence.

•Lead, mentor, and develop the KM team, aligned to goals and SLAs, and support career development.
•Support KM governance and content quality standards across the article lifecycle, including creation through retirement and version control.
•Lead assigned content projects and KM initiatives from planning through implementation, rollout, and post-implementation review.
•Conduct audits and use analytics to identify knowledge gaps, performance trends, user behavior insights, and improvement opportunities.
•Serve as a key point of contact for knowledge-related initiatives and gather stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.

•Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) plus MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analytics.
